I’m the CEO and founder of The Fire Inside which is a time management coaching and consulting company. As a Time Management coach, I help part-time and full-time women entrepreneurs successfully manage their time, so they can balance their work, wellness, and relationships peacefully. My goal for my clients is to
help them holistically manage their time to achieve their goals in every area of their life.
I believe that when you can learn to leverage your most valuable resource, your time, you can be and do anything you desire. That’s what happened to me. I started my career as an advertising executive managing ad campaigns for Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Mercedes-Benz.
As a high-achieving woman, I struggled with burnout before I figured out how to take my six years of work experience managing marketing campaigns and used it to manage my own life. I used those skills to manage my full-time job, three businesses (blog, Amazon shop, and networking event host) and my personal life.
Eventually after being asked "how do you find the time to manage it all?" enough times, I started coaching people on how to enhance their productivity in April 2020. Within five months of starting my coaching business, I was generating enough revenue to leave corporate for good and become a full-time entrepreneur in September 2020.
I fulfilled my dream! Now I help others manage their time well, so they can fulfill their dreams through my coaching services, social platforms, and speaking engagements.
I was born and raised in Queens, NY, and currently reside in Atlanta, GA. I love all things wellness, spending time with loved ones, and traveling. I've traveled to 32 countries and counting.
